ARTICLE ____. SUPPORT OF STUDENT CENTERS

SECTION ____.01. FUNDING OF STUDENT CENTERS. An institution of higher education, when making determinations regarding the institution's support, using money, staffing, or property, of a student center or similar facility for students of the institution, may not consider creed, race, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or national origin of the students served or proposed to be served by the center or facility.
