Amend CSSB 2 (house committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  Contingency: Expand Physician and Nurse Trauma Care Fellowship Slots. Contingent on the passage by the 82nd Legislature, 1st Called Session, and becoming law of legislation to fund the expansion of the number of physician and nurse trauma care fellowships by the Department of State Health Services or similar legislation, $4,500,000 is appropriated to the department for the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2013, from general revenue dedicated account number 5111, Designated Trauma Facility and EMS Account, for the purposes of the legislation.
