Amend CSSB 2 (house committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  HIV Medication Program Funding. (a) In addition to amounts appropriated to the Department of State Health Services in HB 1, Acts of the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session, 2011, $9,600,000 is appropriated from General Revenue Fund 0001 to the department for each of the fiscal years of the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2013, for the HIV Medication Program funded through Strategy A.2.2, HIV/STD Prevention, as specified in page II-45, HB 1, Acts of the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session, 2011.

(b)  Section 55 of the special provisions relating to all health and human services agencies in page II-123, Article II, HB 1, Acts of the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session, 2011, has no effect.
