CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 7 has been adopted by the senate and |
|
|
the house of representatives; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, 1st |
|
|
Called Session, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be |
|
|
instructed to make the following correction to Senate Bill No. 7 |
|
|
(corrected conference committee report printing): |

|
In SECTION 16.01 of the bill (page 185, line 22), between "of |
|
|
any required" and "and execution of any necessary contract", insert |
|
|
"waivers or state plan amendments, and the preparation". |
