R E S O L U T I O N

|
WHEREAS, Sean and Emily Carter of Wylie celebrated their 10th |
|
|
wedding anniversary on April 4, 2011, and this meaningful milestone |
|
|
is indeed cause for special recognition; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Introduced by friends in 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Carter |
|
|
were joined in matrimony on April 4, 2001; through the years, they |
|
|
have been blessed with a treasured family that includes three |
|
|
children, Rebecca, Lena, and James; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Respected members of their community, Mr. Carter is |
|
|
employed as a market analyst and Mrs. Carter is a pediatric nurse; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Looking back over the past decade, Mr. and |
|
|
Mrs. Carter can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and |
|
|
know that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that |
|
|
many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Sean and Emily |
|
|
Carter on their 10th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere |
|
|
best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Carter as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
