R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The family and friends of Margaret Pauline Seward
  Newbill were greatly saddened by her passing on June 8, 2011, at the
  age of 83; and
         WHEREAS, Born on August 17, 1927, in Del Rio to William Martin
  and Margaret Harrison Seward, Pauline Seward graduated as a young
  woman from Trinity University; she married the Reverend Clanton W.
  Newbill, and his work as a Presbyterian minister led them to make
  their home in Celina, Alpine, and Fort Worth over the course of his
  career; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Newbill shared a fulfilling marriage with her
  husband that spanned 53 years until his passing in 2001, and she was
  also devoted to their 4 children, Deborah, Rebecca, Martha, and
  Keith, and their 10 grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, Although Margaret Newbill will be deeply missed,
  memories of this beloved woman will be forever treasured by those
  who were fortunate enough to share in the richness of her life; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of
  Margaret Pauline Seward Newbill and extend sincere sympathy to the
  members of her family: to her children, Deborah Beuerman and her
  husband, Al, Rebecca Hendryx and her husband, Forrest, Martha
  Mezger and her husband, Doug, and Keith Newbill and his wife, Kathy;
  to her 10 grandchildren; and to her other relatives and friends;
  and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Margaret
  Pauline Seward Newbill.
