CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1 has been adopted by the senate and |
|
|
the house of representatives and is being prepared for enrollment; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, 1st |
|
|
Called Session, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be |
|
|
instructed to make the following correction: |
|
|
In SECTION 79A.01 of the bill, in added Section |
|
|
660.2035(b)(7), Government Code, strike "Section 552.151" and |
|
|
substitute "Section 552.152". |
