IN RE:	HR232 by Pitts (Suspending limitations on conference committee jurisdiction, S.B. No. 1.)

Provisions in this resolution are estimated to result in a negative impact of ($316,419,547) to General Revenue Related Funds in the upcoming biennium.  Some of these costs are the result of removing provisions that have been enacted by the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
