Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) by inserting the following appropriately-numbered SECTION and renumbering any subsequent SECTIONS and updating any cross-references accordingly:

SECTION ____. Equine Incentive Program. In addition to the amounts appropriated above, any fees collected in accordance with Section 12.044 of the Agriculture Code in fiscal year 2012 and fiscal year 2013 (estimated to be $25,000 in each fiscal year) are hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture, from the General Revenue Fund in Strategy A.1.1, Economic Development.
