Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) by inserting the following appropriately-numbered SECTION and renumbering any subsequent SECTIONS and updating any cross-references accordingly:

SECTION ____. Devote funding of the amount $554,564 in FY2012, and $554,564 in FY2013, in Article I, page 50, Strategy A.1.9., Economic Development and Tourism, for the purpose of the Wyler Aerial Tramway at Franklin Mountains State Park.
