Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) by inserting the following appropriately-numbered SECTION and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS and updating any cross-references accordingly:

SECTION ____. Equine Dental Technicians. Contingent upon the passage of HB 3637, in addition to the amounts appropriated above, any fees collected in accordance with Section 12.045 of the Agriculture Code in fiscal year 2012 and fiscal year 2013 are hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for the purposes of the program created under Section 12.045 of Agriculture Code.
