Amend CSHB 1 in Article XI by adding the appropriately numbered rider and renumbering accordingly.

Rider ____. Out of the funds appropriated in this Act, not less than $1.5 million shall be appropriated for the purposes of platting the City of Encinal. These funds shall be used in the designation of roads and right of ways to improve the community and increase their economic development opportunities.
