None of the funds appropriated above and allocated to local juvenile probation boards shall be expended for salaries or expenses of juvenile board members. None of the funds appropriated above and allocated to local juvenile probation boards shall be expended for salary increases of existing personnel in an amount greater than 12% of the previous year without approval of TJPC. salaries of personnel that exceed 112% of the previous year.
