Amend CSHB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered rider following the Article II appropriations to the Health and Human Services Commission:

____. Burke Center Support. Out of the funds appropriated above, the Health and Human Services Commission shall allocate $2 million during the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2011, to the Burke Center for use in providing state mandated services.
