Amend the Darby amendment on pg. 60 to CSHB 4 as follows:

(1) Amending Section (1)(a)(130) to read as follows:

SECTION 1(a)(130): Soil and Water Conservation Board: $1,690,749 $2,790,749 from General Revenue Fund 0001;

(2) Adding the appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____. APPROPRIATION TO THE SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION BOARD. The appropriations from the General Revenue Fund 0001 for the two year period beginning on the effective date of this Act to the Soil and Water Conservation Board are hereby increased by $1,100,000.
