Amend Amendment No. 36 to CSHB 4 on page 59 of the prefiled amendment packet by striking page 1, lines 5 through 15 of the amendment, and substituting the following

SECTION ____.  Unobligated balances in the Texas Emerging Technology Fund in the Office of the Governor as of the effective date of this Act may not be obligated in any manner during the remainder of the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2011.
