Amend CSHB 4 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 14, strike "$2,541,907" and substitute "$22,906,319".

(2)  On page 7, lines 10 and ll, strike Subdivision (76) and renumber the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
