Amend CSHB 4 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 14, strike "$2,541,907" and substitute "$14,938,918".

(2)  On page 4, lines 13 and l4, strike Subdivision (37) and renumber the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
