Amend CSHB 27 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 23, strike "or".

(2)  On page 2, line 1, strike "costs." and substitute "costs; or".

(3)  On page 2, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following:

"(3) donate an amount equivalent to the amount of the fine to an appropriate food bank to discharge all or part of the final costs."

(4)  On page 2, line 21, strike "or".

(5)  On page 2, line 23, strike "costs." and substitute "costs; or".

(6)  On page 2, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following:

"(3) donate an amount equivalent to the amount of the fine to an appropriate food bank to discharge all or part of the final costs."
