Amend CSHB 125 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1) On page 1, line 10, between "impact" and the underlined period, insert ", including the anticipated loss of federal funding or the anticipated loss of eligibility to receive federal funding as a result of the adoption of a rule or the failure to adopt or amend a rule".

(2) On page 1, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following:

(4) "Savings" means a reasonably identifiable, significant, direct or indirect avoidance of expenditure or cost, including the anticipated receipt of federal funding as a result of the adoption or amendment of a rule.
