Amend CSHB 127 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1) On page 1, line 16, strike "or".

(2) On page 1, between lines 16 and 17, insert:

(6) zero-calorie electrolyte replacement or zero-calorie vitamin enhanced water beverages; or

(3) On page 1, line 17, strike "(6)" and substitute "(7)".

(4) On page 1, line 17, between "beverage" and the comma, insert "other than one described by Subdivision (6)".
