Amend CSHB 736 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 8 and 9, strike "institution of higher education, other than a medical and dental unit" and substitute "general academic teaching institution".

(2)  On page 2, line 21, strike "institution of higher education" and substitute "institution to which this section applies".

(3)  On page 2, lines 25 and 26, strike "by an institution of higher education under Section 51.974" and substitute "under Section 51.974 by an institution to which this section applies".

(4)  On page 3, lines 4 and 5, strike "by institutions of higher education".
