Amend CSHB 1095 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 1, strike "and" and substitute "[and]".

(2)  On page 2, line 2, strike the period and substitute "; and".

(3)  On page 2, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following:
