Amend CSHB 1205 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1) On page 3, line 8, strike "or".

(2) On page 3, at the end of line 10, insert "or".

(3) On page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert:

"(D) under Section 20.03 or 28.02, Penal Code;".
