Amend CSHB 1774 (house committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly.

SECTION ____. Section 404.101, Labor Code, is amended by adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows:

(b-1) The office may seek and accept grant funding to enable the office to perform its duties under this subtitle. This subsection does not authorize the office to seek or accept payment from an injured employee.
