System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

Amend HB 1933 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) On page 13, line 24, between "than" and "five", insert the following:

(A) 30 days, excluding weekends and holidays, before the disposal, processing, sale, or removal, if the item is a cemetery vase, receptacle, or memorial made from a regulated material other than aluminum material; or

(B)

(2) On page 13, line 26, between "removal" and the semicolon, insert ", if the item is not an item described by Paragraph (A)".
