Amend HB 1955 (introduced version) as follows:

(1) On page 1, line 6, strike "Subsection (d)" and substitute "Subsections (d) and (e)".

(2) On page 1, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following:

(e) This section does not authorize a lottery operator to sell a lottery ticket through the Internet.

(3) Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____. The heading to Section 466.014, Government Code, is amended to read as follows:

Sec. 466.014. POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSION AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; LOTTERY OPERATOR.
