Amend HB 2017 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 18, lines 8-10.

(2)  Strike SECTIONS 36 and 37 of the bill (page 24, lines 13-23) and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
