Amend CSHB 2038 (house committee printing) by inserting into the bill the following appropriately numbered new SECTION and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  This Act may be cited as Natasha's Law in honor of Natasha Helmick for her courage in advocating for the enactment of this Act and in honor of all other student athletes at the middle and high school levels.
