Amend HB 2342 as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 2, between "Section" and "must", insert ", together with the amount of any civil penalty already awarded under Subsection C of Section 32,".

(2)  On page 8, line 6, between "amount" and "not", insert ", together with the amount of any administrative fine already assessed under Subsection B of Section 23-1,".
