Amend CSHB 2499 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 2054.005, Government Code (page 1, line 15), strike "2017" and substitute "2013".

(2) Strike SECTIONS 1 and 3 through 35 of the bill and renumber the remaining SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
