(1) On page 10, line 4, strike "comptroller [~~department~~]" and substitute "department".

(3) Strike page 10, line 6, and substitute "~~including a contract entered into under Section 2157.068,~~] that".

(4) Strike SECTION 13 of the bill and renumber the remaining SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
