(1)  On page 1, line 10, between "Subchapter B," and "Chapter 2301", insert "or Subchapter B,".

(2)  On page 1, line 15, strike "changes" and substitute "change".

(3)  On page 1, lines 16-17, strike ". effective date of the change" and substitute "[effective date of the change]."
