Amend CSHB 2903 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1) On page 1, lines 5 and 6, strike "Subsections (f), (g), and (h)" and substitute "Subsections (f) and (g)".

(2) On page 3, strike lines 5 through 8.

(3) On page 3, line 11, between "TEAM." and "The Department", insert "(a)".

(4) On page 3, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following:

(b) The PACE program team shall conduct a study to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a statewide standard reimbursement rate for all providers of services under the PACE program. Not later than September 1, 2012, the PACE program team shall submit to the Health and Human Services Commission a written report containing the findings of the study conducted under this subsection and the team's recommendations. This subsection expires September 2, 2012.
