Amend CSSB 5 (Senate Committee Printing) in ARTICLE 7 of the bill, in SECTION 7.01(a), by striking Subdivision (4) (page 13, line 3), and renumbering subsequent subdivisions of SECTION 7.01(a) accordingly.
