System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

Amend CSSB 341 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1) In SECTION 4.01 of the bill (page 23, line 7 and 8), strike "the election results are certified" and substitute "the System establishes an elected board to manage and operate the System."
