System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

Amend SB 781 on third reading, as amended on second reading, in SECTION 1 of the bill as follows:

(1) At the end of Subdivision (2), strike "and".

(2) At the end of Subdivision (3), strike the period and substitute "; and".

(3) Immediately following Subdivision (3), insert the following:

(4) Section 2059.060, Government Code.
