Amend CSSB 875 (Senate Committee Report) as follows:

1) On line 1-15, after "TRESPASS." and before "A person," add "(a)"

2) On line 1-33 add a new subsection (b) to added Sec. 7.257 as follows

"(b) This section does not apply to nuisance actions related to a noxious odor."
