Amend CSSB 1248 (senate printing) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, (page 1, lines 14, 18, 20, and 23), strike "Colonel Bill Card, Jr., Boulevard" each time it appears and substitute "Colonel Bill Card Boulevard".
