Amend Amendment No. 16 by McClendon to CSSB 1420 (page 51, prefiled amendments packet) as follows:

(1) Strike page 9, lines 12-30.

(2) Strike page 8, line 27-31 through page 8, line 11.

(3) Renumber remaining items of the amendment accordingly.
