Amend Amendment No. 83 by Harper-Brown to CSSB 1420 (page 6, prefiled amendments packet) as follows:

(1) Strike page 2, lines 17-29.

(2) Renumber subsequent added sections of the Transportation Code in the amendment, as applicable.
