Amend CSSB 1511 (committee printing) as follows:

(1) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Section 21.045(d), Education Code (page 1, line 61), immediately following the underlined semicolon, insert "and".

(2) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Section 21.045(d), Education Code (page 1, line 62), between "(3)" and "has", insert the following:
