Amend the Crownover Amendment to CSSB 1811 by adding two additional appropriately numbered exemptions to proposed Sec. 169.052 read as follows:

(____) a fraternal or veterans organization as defined by Section 32.11, Alcoholic Beverage Code;

(____) a premises on which charitable bingo is authorized to be conducted under Chapter 2001, Occupations Code, if the premises are not located in a county with a population greater than 2.2 million that is adjacent to a county with a population of more than 600,000;
