A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
 
  relating to information provided by the Texas Education Agency to
  school districts regarding placement of students receiving special
  education services.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 42.151(j), Education Code, is repealed.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
