A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to personalization of certain license plates issued to
  veterans with disabilities.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 504.202, Transportation Code, is amended
  by adding Subsection (i) to read as follows:
         (i)  License plates issued under this section may be
  personalized with up to four characters, with those characters
  being in addition to the required letters "DV".
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
