A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the abolition of the Joint Advisory Committee on the Practice of Engineering and Architecture.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Sections 1001.216 and 1051.212, Occupations Code, are repealed.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
