| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter K, Chapter 11, Parks and Wildlife | ||
| Code, is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011. | ||
