HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
         WHEREAS, House Bill No. 74 has passed the Texas House of
  Representatives and the Texas Senate and is now in the office of the
  governor; and
         WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the house of
  representatives and the senate is necessary; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
  the governor be hereby requested to return House Bill No. 74 to the
  house of representatives to allow the chief clerk of the house of
  representatives to make a correction in the certification; and, be
  it further
         RESOLVED, That the action of the speaker of the house of
  representatives and the president of the senate in signing House
  Bill No. 74 be declared null and void and that the two presiding
  officers be authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled
  bill.
