HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3833 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to correct House Bill No. 3833 as follows: |
|
|
(1) In added Section 15.111(3)(C), Family Code, strike |
|
|
"15.107(b)" and substitute "15.107". |
|
|
(2) In added Section 15.112(a)(1), Family Code, strike |
|
|
"77.0021(b)" and substitute "71.0021(b)". |
