CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1451 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to correct House Bill No. 1451 as follows: |
|
|
(1) In added Section 802.002(17), Occupations Code, strike |
|
|
"802.062" and substitute "802.061". |
|
|
(2) In added Section 802.064, Occupations Code, strike |
|
|
"802.063 or 802.103 or an investigation under Section 802.064" and |
|
|
substitute "802.062 or 802.103 or an investigation under Section |
|
|
802.063". |
|
|
(3) In SECTION 3 of the bill, strike "802.066" and |
|
|
substitute "802.065". |
